time2learn also produces an education report with PDF export and digital sign-off, and the platform covers what mentro deliberately leaves out: all three places of learning including the organisation of inter-company courses (üK), grade management and a module for the qualification procedure (QV), with around 100 occupations compared to currently four at mentro. Where the professional association has made the platform the standard, the question does not even arise. At mentro, on the other hand, the report is the result of ongoing documentation: an entry takes seconds, on the phone, voice input included; the AI maps it to the competencies, and in the competency picture drawn from six weighted sources, observations count for more than self-assessments. The assessments in the education report therefore rest on evidence collected throughout the semester; the report itself comes in the official SDBB format and is signed electronically by the company and the learner. Managing training and evidencing learning are two different jobs; the choice depends on which one is unsolved in your company today.
