No. A licence is always tied to a learner. Trainers and instructors are included without limit.
Yes. On the «Try the demo» page you request your own test environment: three links, by email within a few minutes, with invented data and without an account. For your own company, the pilot has been running since August 2026 with selected training companies, and we are still taking on more. We set up that access in a personal conversation; self-service sign-up will follow later.
You export it yourself, without asking us. Anyone with admin rights in the company downloads an archive holding every record as JSON and every uploaded file. Alongside that, each person can obtain their own data at any time, with their education reports as PDFs. After the contract ends we keep the data available for export for 90 days and then delete it, within the scope of data processing and the legal retention obligations of the training company.
