What Kytt is
Kytt, formerly Lernjournal.app, is an offering of eduworks GmbH in Bern. Learners document their work with text, photos or voice notes and reflect in three steps: what did I do, what do I take away, what do I do next. An AI is available as a chat block and only responds when learners address it; according to the FAQ, feedback on entries comes from the coaches. Learners add the curriculum themselves and assess themselves per performance objective; the coaches confirm the status in the feedback meeting. The homepage shows references such as RUAG and isolutions.

On top of that, the documentation turns into a weighted competency picture from six sources and the education report in the official SDBB format. Everything, AI included, is hosted in Switzerland with named providers.
